warpspeed y pipe Q?

warpspeed y pipe Q?

Anyone know if the 96 exhaust(y-pipe) is any different than the 97 ?

As far as i know it is different from the 97-99

I would think that they are all the same size.

I own a 96 and accidentally ordered a
warpspeed y for a 97, had a bit of a typo when I
was paying =/

I believe the y pipes are the same, its the cat backs that differ between 95-96 and 97-99.

Y-Pipes for 1995 - 1999 Maxima are the same regardless of Fed or CA spec. You'll be fine. Enjoy your new y-pipe.

I think the 99's Cali specs are different.

But yeah, all y-pipes are the same aside from that.

Hey,Sorry to change the subject on this thread but gotta quick question, is it possible to put a HKS Sport exhaust from a 5th gen to a 4th gen?

Coolsaber57 - I believe you are referring to the 1999.5 Maxima. Those select few use the same y-pipe as the 2000 - 2001 Maxima. I happen to be one of those owners who have a 1999.5 Maxima (It sucks because certain things are 4th gen and certain things are 5th gen).
