i got this from another orger and the bolts were left on without the heads. no deep rust that i can see, im gonna sand off what little there is on the flange's and screw's to see if there's any strippage. they look ok at first glance. let me know what you think guys....

Those are exhaust studs. If you want, you can remove those and put new ones in.

Replace them, trust me the CAT has some of the fastest rusting bolts on the exhaust. Those look very new compared to some I pulled mine off after 10 years and they did not look like bolts and they were about half there original diameter. A lot of after market B-pipes come with new ones.

the cat was mounted no problems, i used permatex gel to clean off excess rust and anti-seize for inside the o2 bunghole. i have'nt heard if she passed yet as i left her for the day. 1 thing the guy was tryin to tell me was it takes 2.3 hours to do 1 control arm on the passeger side, bull$hit!!! i was arguing with the guy about that after he told me it took him an hour to swap cats. i walked in right as he finished the cat and he had cut himself doin the cat swap. fawkin over-priced main line garage, will never use them again. pathetic, the guy at the counter says book time for the c/a is 2.3, i said i wanted to see that book.
