MAP sensor interchangeable from Nissan Quest??

So I've had a starting issue and have narrowed it down to my MAP (Absolute Pressure Sensor - DTC P0105). A new one costs $130 from Advanced Auto. My 99 SE has 108k on it. I don't see me running it past 200k. These guys on ebay have one (same exact P/N [Hitachi PS64-01] as I pulled off mine) for $47 (shipped). Difference is it's pulled off of a 99 Nissan Quest. I haven't checked if they're the same engine yet but my only concern if an internal setting on the sensor could be different.

The reason this one is so cheap is that they pulled it off of a wrecked vehicle. Stated that the mileage was under 50k.

I'm willing to take the chance for the savings (have spent $600+ in the last week and the car still isn't running ). Only question is will it work????

Different engine, right? I have checked that since my post. I still don't know if the parts are interchangeable. Same P/N as I mentioned. We have a local junk yard. I may check that as well tomorrow. Just thought it was an interesting question. One that would save me about $90.

Yeah That sensor may indeed be the same infact it probably is, but its from a different engine. The 99 nissan quest runs the VG33E single cam engine.
