Sway bar, y-pipe, exhaust...

ok, today i ordered a syillen rear sway bar because of the max's body roll that i just can stand. Now, i what to know if the y-pipe is worth it or a rear section of the exhaust. I know from you guys that have the y-pipe say it worth it. my question is do you REALLY feel the gain in power and where. is the y-pipe loud? is a b pipe worth it? sorry for all the questions, I just what to know that I'm not throwing my $$$$ away. thanks. help. p.s. I did a search piror to this thread.
