Blown Head Gasket??

So I took of my intake plenum today to change my knock sensor and found coolant in ONE intake runner in the plenum and ONE cylinder. By ONE cylinder I mean the valves happened to be closed and there was coolant puddled up on top of the valve. I dont have "chocolate milk" in my crank case and my radiator is clean. Is it possible for water to get above the valves, and all the way back up the intake into the plenum? One of my buddies thinks that my 1005 code has something to do with it??? Really trying to figure this out. I would be pissed if I put the maxi back together only to find I had to take it all back apart to change the head gasket. Thanks in adavnce for yalls help!!
