no o2 sensors causing vibration?
The rear o2 sensor is faulty, it's no longer working. I had exhaust work performed on my car, the muffler shop dropped the aftermarket ypipe and cut both o2 sensor wires on the y pipe and they never reconnected the wires. Now my car has a significant vibration in the steering wheel and 5spd shifter **** while the car is idling. I haven't had the opportunity to rewire it, but is does them seem to be my problem?

With no O2 sensors now working, the computer is probably running in some sort of "safe" mode that is overly rich, causing your rough idle.

The rear o2 only monitors the catylist efficency.
It doesn't effect the engine performance at all.
Do go back to the shop and have them correct their work.
By law, the o2's must be in operation.
You'll fail insp. too.
