NEW STRUTS, Excel G did i get something out of the ordinary?

I purchased struts off of ebay from partsladi. And i was wondering why i got Excel G front struts instead of Gr2-s just like the rear. The fronts are black and the rears are grey. want to know if its cool to install them and if they are the same thing essentially?

You are fine, I was wondering this too. This is from the KYB site:

KYB uses the names GR-2 and Excel-G interchangeably as they transition to calling their entire OE replacement line of shocks to the Excel-G brand.
