Valuing my 95

Getting ready to find something new (probably a 00/01 Max or a 300zx) but trying to figure out what I should try to get for my 95.

Existing problems:
Rust, both front quarter panels and around right rear wheel well

Codes:
1008 - EVAP canister purge volume control valve
0302 - EGR System Hi/Low Flow

AC Compressor - Bearings done, needs to be replaced

Transmission - A/T Reverse sometimes does not engage

Odometer - Busted, no longer counts miles, stopped around 104xxx.

That is everything. Really, when I write up the sale document I plan on selling it as a parts car but it does still run, the motor is strong, and does not burn any oil between changes. So maxima experts, with all the above conditions what do you think she's worth? 500, 1000, 1500? More? Less?

Well,
I can give you a frame of reference,
I just sold my '97 infiniti I30 with 141k and recently replaced a/c system for 1700. It had a couple dings and one dent on the passenget door but no rust to speak of and the trans worked well.
without seeing a pic I'd say 700-1000 depending on overall condition otherwise. I'd ask 1k obo and take what you can get.

Nope you are totally in line with what I already had in mind, list at 1000 and take what I can get. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't selling myself short starting at that number

i got my 1996 gle for 600 without any problems.. tranny was rebuilt, engine is rock solid, leather seats without any problems, ice cold ac/ hot heater lol , with 140k miles, only code it had was for o2 sensor... oh with new alternator /starter..

so you may want to go a little lower. he had it on sale for 1k but went down all the way to 600

2 years ago we bought our 95 GXE for 3k, but that was then, and ours was perfect except paint scratches.

Generally the rule here in Canada is that if runs and rolls under its own power its worth $1000 regardless.

Yeah the problem being though I cannot in good conscience sell the car to somebody as anything other than parts because I know it is probably gonna cost them more to fix it than they will be paying me. Now if it was somebody who was into fixing cars I wouldn't have a problem as long as they understood what they are getting into but for someone who doesn't I would only be exposing them to unscrupulous repairmen and a world of frustration.

I resmogged two days ago and got away with it because I know how to reset ECU so the guy wouldn't see CEL. Most people don't though and so right off the bat the car is not even able to be registered without work. Anyway, it seems like nobody considers $1000 to be excessive so I will start there and see where it goes.

scmaxima if I could find one that cheap I might be so inclined to just part the car myself, scrap the frame, then merge the two into one mega-maxima of sorts but so far I haven't managed to find any so cheap that don't have salvage title or body damage.
