Where is the ECM Wiring harness?

Im having trouble locating the ECM terminal (EC-125 in FSM) can someone help me locate it? Is it in the engine bay or in the interior?

In front of the center console, under the dash. The harness connector is accessible from the passenger side of the center console, behind a small black panel. Remove the panel, you'll see a bolt that secures the connector. The connector is like a parallel port plug (if you can remember what they were) only a lot bigger.

Whats the best way to get at the connector? I need to test some of the terminals but its difficult to turn the bundle of cables around without seemingly breaking something.

If you remove the black panel, you will see a white plastic connector with a bolt in the center (10mm I believe). Remove this bolt, and you should be able to remove the white cover. Then screw the bolt back in without the white cover on there, allowing access to the wires while plugged in. It's been a while since I've had to do this, but if I remember correctly, this is the best way to access it.
