Going to a single-DIN radio..where to get the little holder?

Hi,

I want to replace my current double-DIN radio with a single din radio...what can I use as a placeholder to cover up the empty spot?

Thanks

Metra makes that dash kit. Its the easiest one to find, they had it here at the local Autozone. What I had trouble getting locally was the trim plate for a new double din.

Do a search for Metra Part # 99-7417, thats the one for a single DIN with the little storage tray. Most of the car stereo installers carry the Metra part line.
Hope that helps

Yeah, I've been buying stuff from Crutchfield for years now and their support is excellent but the difference between their prices and other vendors is becoming too great to ignore. The Sony HU I bought from Sonic was almost 80.00 cheaper than crutchfield and the harnesses were like half price or something like that making it still a better deal big enough for me to switch, and thats too bad. Crutchfield is very good when you need help.
