Do I30's have the same headlights as the Max? I know the tail lights are slightly different...

eBay is your best bet. Even if there was a place in NJ that sells aftermarket parts, I doubt they'd have anything for a Maxima.

No. I believe the fender has to be modified to go back and forth from Maxima to I30 headlights. The shape of the corner light is different.

AFAIK, though, the "Cefiro" style one piece headlights will fit the I30 without modification, because the I30 and Cefiro have the same fenders.

The "R34" style one piece headlights will fit the Maxima without modification.

There really isn't much of a point to going with aftermarket headlights. As much as this gets people's panties in a twist, the best lighting setup available for a 4th gen is a projector retrofit. The second best lighting setup available for a 4th gen is a pair of FACTORY headlights (with a headlight restoration kit used so the lenses are clear and not yellow and hazy) and a pair of quality stock-wattage un-tinted 9004 bulbs such as Sylvania Xtravision or GE Nighthawk.
