Mysterious not starting problem

I was having many issues with the engine including running very rich. I replaced the injectors and adjusted the TPS and IACV. She purred like a charm. When I took it out for a test drive, it was being thrown into limp mode and would not let it reach over 2.8K rpms. I was informed that a common cause, especially since running so rich, was the EGR temp sensor not being able to register a difference in temp. I then proceeded to remove and clean the EGR, which was pretty nasty. Boil tested the sensor and it works fine. Reassembled everything and now I can not get it to start. Will turn and turn and turn but won't even sputter like it's trying. ECU is not throwing any codes. Getting fuel to the rail. Brand new fuel injectors, coil packs and spark plugs. Any ideas or advice will be greatly appreciated.

So as things would have it, the minute I ask for help, the trouble is located. Someone prior to me had spliced in a new MAF sensor wire and used speaker wire so it was brittle and had snapped. The heat shrink was holding it together making it jump. Re-spliced and runs like a champ.

Nice job on locating the issue. I think I have to clean my EGR as well.

Well it pissed me off seeing as I had to pay $700 a month ago when I was out in NE for some army training and dude said it was the MAF and replaced it. It was new too.
