I'm gonna be going backwards on mine when the snow goes. The OEM rims that came with my '95 SE have studded snows on them and are on the car now.
I found a set of 3rd Gen rims in flawless condition with new summers on them on Craigslist for under $200. The tires still have the little nubs on them, and apparently were driven only a couple thousand miles before his daughter hit a tree and totaled the car.
I'm not sure which set of rims look nicer...my 4th gen rims look beat-up compared to these, that's for sure.
I'll take pictures when I feel comfortable ditching the studded snows for the year.

I got these 18 inch 03 Maxima rims from a friend. He took them off his car the day he bought it, they were still boxed up. I tried some 17 inch wheels off my brothers 04 350z and the thing rode and handeled like crap.

03 350Z wheels on my 99 maxima
I just tried a staggered set of wheels off my brothers 03 350Z. They are 17s I think he wants $400 for the set of 4
The tires were original to his car and they had 15,000 miles on them but they rode and handled rough.

with the bigger set of tires are you still close to the correct speedometer reading? I have been reading that you can be off as much as 10 mph sometimes??
I'm planning on the 7 spoke style G35 rims with 235/35/18s and want to lower it with an illuminas/eibach setup I don't mind a little bit off on the reading but 10 could possible mess with other people that drive my car

speedo reading is 3.3 too slow
speedo says 60, actually doing 62
if you really want 35 profile
you would actually being doing 57, when it says 60
