EGR valve tube cleaning. Worst Job ever. lol but I gained power?

yeah soooo. With the tools I had availble. There was no way I could of done this EGR without removing the Pelum. It was just impossible. So yeah I removed the UIM (btw is the msot PITA I ever experieced on a car to put back together because nothing lines up perfectly first shot. Ppl who have done this kno what I am taking about. Coolent lines, and Rear bracket bolts. lol)

Anyway. Cleaned out my tube. Ever replaced gaskets the whole 9. The Tube was def dirty but wasnt fully clogged just around the EGR temp sensor it was all clogged with carbon. Cleaned that, cleaned IAVC, Replaced that gasket, installed everything. UIM was the biggest pain to line up for the rear bolts and coolent host kept poping off and lose several tension clamps(I hate those but they are still kinda better then screw clamps sometimes) but I got it eventuially Everything went awesomeffirst, no Checkengines, no vacuum leaks... but only thing I noticed...

Perfromence was increased dramacticly? My exhaust sounds louder?

Only issue I have is when I go into N and let go the gas when preparing for a stop the Idle dips below 300-400 RPM. It used to do this before but not as bad as it is doing now.

Anyone know what it could be?

I have been having Knock sensor/maybe o2 sensor issues? Replaced the Harness and Junkyard Knock sensor last week and those still threw codes circuilt Mals mostly.

now once my monitors reset, I am gonna see if my EGR flow malfuction does. I hope it never comes up, I cleaned that sucker good. lol

Did you notice/experience an increase in performance or are you asking if it happened because of the work you did??
