Might want to contact Courtesy Nissan. Years ago they sold me some parts off the MEVi without having to buy the whole kit.
You will need the bracket and cover.

i was wondering about the cover myself too. i like the carbon one but i rather spend $150 on something else before i'll consider buying it. i knew it'll probably be dumb since i dont have a MEVI, but i like the way it looks...

It would have to have custom brackets built to bolt to and would look so wrong.

I think it is pointless to buy a mevi cover if you don't have a mevi.
