parting out Max?

I havent been on for awhile...but i am looking at getting a new car...im thinking i can get more parting out my max than i could trading it in. Is there still much interest in parting out 4th gens? To be specific, my car is a 95 GLE...black leather interior, white instrument cluster (with high milage showing, but fully functioning) interior is in pretty good shape, exterior body panels are not banged up, but starting to rust...everything else is pretty much stock. Engine problems, but could be fixed up, good auto tranny...

Any thoughts? I am in northern MN so i would basically be shipping out most things....if someone wanted the leather, that could be a big pick-up maybe...What do you think?

You specified everything except the color of these unbanged exterior panels
