My car wont start

Here is the story, the car was acting up the entire night, it would sputter as if it were going to shut off when i barely tapped the gas but the problem was intermittent. I was on my way home on the highway and it was running fine until i hit a bump and the car just shut off. Dash lights were still on, radio was on, headlights were on but the rpm's were at ZERO and i couldnt give it any gas so I pulled over and tried to start it up again but nothing. The car got towed home now and im trying to just troubleshoot before i take it to a shop.

SYMPTOMS and things ive looked at:
The car cranks but it doesnt start.
Fuel pump will not prime.
ECCS fuse keeps blowing.
Tested fuel pump and it does work
Checked fuel pump relay behing abs unit and it is good.

Im stuck now, does the eccs control the fuel pump somehow? I was wondering if it has something to do with the egi relay

I will check all of the ic piping just incase. It doesn't seem like a vacuum/boost leak problem though. The fuse just keeps on blowing whenever it wants to. I started tracing the wires. Maybe a power wire is shorted to ground. I gotta figure this thing out

oook so here's the update:

after rippin almost the whole harness from engine bay down to under the dash, me and my boy found the eccs wire burned and touch other wires causing it to ground out, so instead of starting fresh wires like we planned, we just got a fresh harness and tomorrow i will install and hopefully there will be good news. adios

p.s: trevor i was tryin to call u to tell u dat it could possibly the same solution to ur problem. gimme a call clown
