Supercharger is a good enough reason

Perhaps the one you received was broken, it was installed near a heat source or just incorrectly. I installed mine inside the car right near my ecu. It hasn't given me a problem.

from what i remember i think he had the one where it's an on/off type of thing (.0volts off .1volts on).

cause it had a little led light flashing.
if the light flashed that means the system was hooked up right and that's the signal that it gave the ecu.

today i let one of my friends drive the car with out the muffler. he said it sounds like a 4 cylinder.

Mine would vary fron high to low but never .0. A pattern like .4 .6 .2 .7 .4 .9 .3 .8 and so on.

esqueue- well you got the good 1.

cashoit- the car does have a glass pack.
which is why it's EXTREMELY loud.
the pipe broke off in the middle of the exhaust system which is at the end of the glass pack then the rest of the pipe has like 1/2 inch pipe. then the oem pipe.
then back to small pipe then the muffler.

that's what i plan to do.

get a y-pipe, replace the cat, and the rest of the piping.
the y-pipe me and a buddy of mine are going to do.
it's seems he's more excited to see the outcome more than i am.

i'm confused myself, as to how the exhaust is.

i'm gonna have to bite the bullet and replace the whole thing. a buddy of mine is willing to help me replace the y-pipe.
I passed inspection with Cattman full catback, headers and hi flow cat here in NJ. You should pass.

well there is two different types of o2s the pre cat NEEDS to be there that determines your a/f ratio the post cat should just be a flat voltage due to the fact that the cat is doing its job. the "up and down" o2 is your pre cat o2 (rich and lean)

Is that the Cattman full exhaust system?

I wanted to pick that up but I don't know if it's legal here in Cali.
