Don't be scared to go to the dealer
Ok so I had a bearing go out in the front pass side. It took the hub with it b/c half the bearing came lose and was rubbing against it.
I went to Napa and they said the hub will be $130 and I have to wait till Monday. Decided to go to the Nissan dealer and picked up the hub for $80 and got it right there on the spot.
Just had to post this cause I thought this was really interesting.

Wow, this is interesting...I go to the dealership for my parts now anyways after dealing with aftermarket which is a waste of money.

Yes. When I want parts now, I also hit up the dealer. You get OEM which is usually worth the extra bux over eBay, and sometimes (e.g. for my license plate bracket) you find that it's not that much cheaper online when you factor in shipping. My dealer surprisingly always seems to have parts for my twelve-year-old car in stock.

I'm not afraid to go to the dealer, I only go there to get oil filters and certain minor seals and such I can't find online or not worth it to wait on shipping. Other than that quoting me $1800 to get a wheel bearing replaced is ridiculous vs the $100 or so I spent to get it done including parts.

EVERY nissan dealership is going to quote you different prices. And sometimes, they vary BIG time. Just as an example, I needed the gaskets b/t the y-pipe and the cats for my Z when I was getting ready to install my TPs. Columbia Nissan dealer quoted me around $18/gasket while the one in Charleston quoted me around $9. I haggled w/ the dealer in columbia since i was already there at the time and got him down to $11/gasket.
Point is, not every dealer is a stealership...in some sense.

I usually go to the dealer too. I love it when the guys from Napa or other stores argue with me "yea its 130 here but you'll pay triple at the dealer"
I love it when you give them that come back "uh, no actually its $80 at the dealer AND its ORIGINAL"

Dude, if you're gonna go completely off topic in a thread completely irrelevant to your problem, at least stop internet yelling and try to make some sense. We're not all majoring in grammar but at least try!
Well, it actually wasn't that bad with the exception of "know"
There's tons of threads related to pulley noise and belt noise, just go ahead and click search and you'll get plenty of results. Also you will not be able to post a thread until you have 15 posts. So make sure you posts around but be sure to not go in a Tires and Wheels thread asking how to replaces rods and pistons

Yeah try going to a dealership in NY, they'll rape you before you even walk in to ask them a question about a part. How much for this part, $200, are freaking serious. For this belt and pulley.
