some one from down the street ask me if i want to sell my maxima for $300.00 and he's 1988 honda kick and go accord. im thinking not because i paid $500.00 for just the body. what do guys think ???????

Explain to me why you would want to sell your car for 300 plus a POS accord. This guys trying to rip you off.

1. Do you love your Maxima?
Yes: DON'T SELL IT.

2. Can you afford a new car?
Yes: Go to question 3.
No: Don't sell it.

3. Is the car running ok?
Yes: Don't sell it. Drive it until you can do mods, fix it up, or sell for a new car.
No: Go to question 4.

4. Are the repairs to the car expensive? Expensive is totally from your point of view.
Yes: Go to question 5.
No: Fix and don't sell it.

5. Is it worth it to sell for JUST 300 dollars?
Yes: Ok, whatever floats your boat.. Sell it I suppose
No: Go to question 6.

6. Part out?
Yes: Start posting in the Classifieds section!

This thread shouldn't even be in existence. That question shouldn't be asked. Maximas are worth $300000000 not $300. End of story.

The cost of a new MAF is probably more than what you are selling the car for.

$300 is like what you spend when you want some random beater like a CRX or a Civic to beat on.

Is your car a CRX or some Civic with a giant wing and riced out to the point where it CANNOT be sold for anything higher? If yes then sell that muda flubber.

Why can't I ever find people like this to sell me a maxima cheap?

I would pay $500 for a maxima with black leather seats and a black dash just so I can put it in my car.

The rest of the car will stay in the back of my garage until I need spare parts.

 

Dont feel bad man, u not the only one. I tried to buy a I30 that wont start as a parts car and for the leather . the bastard wdnt sell it

 

Whats the condition of your car? Would you use the accord as a DD or something? I would say NO to that trade if it were MY max, but then again everyone's different.
