rear 02

I got right bank reading with 2 resets, now i only get the cat 02 code which I presume is the correct one. Does the rear cat (4 wire) effect mileage much?

Rear O2 (after cat) wont affect anything except a state inspection. It only monitier catalytic converter efficiency.
