These 3 tools are life savers when it comes to NOT stripping soft bolts/screws

The other problem was the loose trans ground

A view of the trans from the the outside of the driver side wheel.
Thanks for the pictures. Mine was disconnected. Connected it back and still had the problem. Looked at the terminal and noticed corrosion. Cleaned the terminal with battery terminal cleaner and it now starts right up. So checking for corrosion is a must.

I've been with the org. for over 2 years decided to register for the second time I guess after awhile of not loggin your account is deleted. Anyhow I noticed in the pick with the rusted connector I am the only one so far that has another connector just like it but it's not connecting to anything and never has since I've had the car going on 5 years now. Just this past March mine hasn't been able to start, I'm trying everything cause we really need to use the car. That connector I have goes into the taped and wrapped up bundle of wires going to fuse boxes and wherever else they all go to. Do you have a connector near the starter that's not connected also? I can upload a pic if I am permitted, not sure since I'm a noob and have a few post to go before I can start my own soon to be stickied thread. Just curious on that connector.
