check engine light came back on. crank position sensor.

check engine light came back on. crank position sensor.

ok, got new knock sensor in runs a hella lot better but still not good on gas, my check engine light came back on and had random miss fires cause the crankshaft position sensor, which one is bad? they said theirs two sensors and i know one by the pully is new well it looks new.


wheres the other one located at, i tried a search but didnt find one.

It is located in front of tranny housing where the main engine ground wire is from the battery.

ok i found it and now car starts right up. 22mpg lol. from 16mpg to 22 from crank sensor, vaccum leak and bad knock sensor.

Are the two sensors identical? They look the same from observing.. but they could possibly differ?

Can someone help me? I am trying to pry the sensor off the relay but to no avail.

Pry the sensor off the relay?? Dude, where is the sensor you are removing located??
