What brand speakers come with a 95 SE...non Bose system
what type of speakers come stock in a 95 SE. I don't have the Bose system. I bought the car used and I think the guy added some aftermarket speakers. I've got some panasonic speakers on the deck. Did the 95 SE come with component speakers in the front. The tweeters don't have a label on them..????

Re: What brand speakers come with a 95 SE...non Bose system
I've got a 95 SE, non-Bose.
My speakers (stock) are Panasonic, and I've decided to keep them because they're actually pretty good.
The headunit is the Clarion 1-DIN cassette, and I added the Nissan(Clarion) in-dash changer to the cassette deck, works like a charm.
I actually spoke to one of the engineers who worked on the audio system for the 4th gen Max, and he said they spent alot of time to match it and IMO, they did a pretty good job!
So as long as they're not blown, I'm keeping mine and saving my $$$ for other things for my Max

Re: What about up front???
My 95 SE non-Bose does not have tweeters. 4 speakers only, 2 on rear p-shelf, and 2 up front in the doors.
I know some have tweeters, I htink it's the 97+ that have them but I am not sure, someone else confirm that please.

My 98 had Panasonics all around, 15w I think. I replaced the rear speakers with 150w Pioneer 6.5". They sound a lot clearer than the old ones. I didnt replace the fronts cuz its too hard to get to them (gotta take off the whole door panel and whatever). The tweeters are just as hard to get to so I left them.

I have a '95 SE with stock sound system. I replaced the originals with MB quart. I put the 6.5 inch coaxial in the rear deck ( and put Bose speaker grilles on top). For the doors I put 6.5 separates and put the tweeters in the little black corner piece at the front bottom edge of the front door glass. I used hot melt glue and mounted the crossovers inside the door panels. The system sounds great! The original radio failed and I found a '97 one on ebay for $20. Then I added a cd player - again got it through ebay. The tweeters add a lot to the sound!

Of course you can roll down the windows!! Look at your Maxima and you'll see that that little black plastic piece in no way interferes with window operation! It's a great place to put the tweeters - the closest to occupants, adn if you sell your car, you can easily keep the tweeters by buying new plastic pieces - should be "relatively" cheap.
