I have a bad IACV in my 97 Maxima and I have a spare IACV from a 99 Cali Spec maxima laying around. My question is, is the 99 IACV compatible with the 97 maxima? Only reason I'm asking this is courtesy parts has a seperate IACV for the 99 seen here:

i'm pretty sure it is. but for the sake of consensus lets see what others say.
it's the same engine from the 95 to 99.
in fact i think they all have the vq30de
