Put in a new clutch now car misfires

So yes, I have searched, and yes I'll pull codes tomorrow.

Here are my issues: Had the clutch replaced, now the clutch pedal stays stuck to the ground. Tried bleeding the clutch with no luck. Not really an issue so much because clutch engages and disengages. My real concern is the fact that my car is misfiring.

Now, this is the first time it has ever done this. It could easily just be a coincidence that it happened to start misfiring immediately after I had the clutch replaced or something is amiss AKA disconnected sensors.

Does anyone have any ideas? Again, I'll update in a few hours once I pull codes, but I did a Google search and apparently this has happened to other people with other cars.

P0300 and P1105. Service manual says it could possibly be a magnetized flywheel. Sounds like the culprit to me. Anyone?
