I like them. I have the red/clear '95/'96 Custom Enterprise tails made several years back. I didn't think they would ever make '97-'99 diamond red/clears. I did a backward trunk conversion just to get diamond lights! On these new ones, I am concerned that it might not look right being able to see the light bulbs. I also am very curious how that will work with the lower, outer (194?) bulb? That bulb on the OEM lights is behind red plastic, now it is in the clear area. So, you'd either have to use a clear bulb which will look awful at night with your headlights on, or stick a red bulb in there which won't look right during the day. I'd like to see them on a car with bulbs in them, day and night pics.

 

Those lights would look amazing smoked!

 

Send me $61 (50%) and I'll be the guinea pig. I put 'em in my 97, road test 'em and report.

 

It'd try them too, if I had the 97+ trunk...

These have potential, but I'll save my final comments for when someone installs a set.

 

There's already those fugly diamond cut red/clears for us.

Someone needs to make an OEM looking set in either red/clear or red/smoked. That would be something nice and new, would sell a lot too since the only other option besides the diamond cuts are David L's and you know how rare/expensive those can be.

Not OEM at all. The only ones that look OEM are the David L's and the outter clear part never matches the inners with those. '97-'99 guys are luck with their OEM looking eBay ones.

nice, I like the fact the clear wraps all the way around, not like the other ebay ones that put the red piece in them on the corner

 

im thinkin with a very light shade of smoke + multiled bulbs, it would be great !

Kevlo (or sumone wit mad scientist skillz of his caliber (which i highly doubt lol) ) need to make sum LED tails for the 95-96er's...I would sooo buy them

This is sad. I know if some OEM style red/clear or red/smoked tails came out for us '95-'96ers, I'd be the first one to try them.

for these you need to smoke the whole thing or atleast smoke the clear part. then it looks 100% better IMO. it looks really good smoked.

anyways these new lights do look interesting. i thought i read in a recent thread that a member was going to buy these?

Well said. I would try them but I need body work and a new rear bumper and spoiler before I get them.

 

These are the only way I'd use Diamond cut front blinkers. I still run my Custom Maxima red and clears tho.

The price is 100 bones but the shipping is freakin ridiclous.
