97se 80k upgrades/replacements

My 97se is going to have to have to last me a long time. The car needs struts/shocks, can you tell I am no mechanic? Was wondering what the best, most bang for the buck, replacements are. Also I have been buying Dunlap replacement tires, they preform quite well but become noisy after about 10k miles. My budget, have become disabled, demands low parts, any suggestions? My only change in car has been a KandN air filter. After reading posts I realize I should clean the throttle body and replace the fuel filter. Also how long can the stock exhaust components be expected to last. Would like to upgrade the exhaust but wont consider doing so until needed. I seem to remember the exhaust system is stainless steel, shouln't this last a lifetime? All suggestions appreciated.

My car is a 95, with 130,000 miles

My stock suspension lasted until nearly 120,000, at which point I upgraded to tokico shocks/struts and eibach lowering springs. With the release of the KYB AGX's I would go for them over the tokicos. They are adjustable so you can set the stiffness to your desire.

I still have stock exhaust, its quite rusty and ready to go, but still is leak free. I have replaced the Y pipe since it was in the worst shape. The Y pipe is the downpipe in front of the cat converter.

This stuff can get costly, but alot of money can be saved by doing it yourself. I replaced my suspension with no prior experience. Just the knowledge I've gained by reading this website inside and out.
