need help with ckps sensor!

need help with ckps sensor!

sup guys i need help with this. i was looking under my car to change the oil, and i see a wire ripped off right next to the oil pan i followed it and its connected with the Oil pressure sensor , if i continue to drive like this will this mess the max up? here is what is ripped in half. is it possible to replace?

i dont understand what youre saying man, youre talking about an oil pressure sensor, and your pic is of a crank sensor. if youre saying that harness in the pic is broken, splice it back together, or you can replace the whole harness....which would not be fun because it is routed behind the power steering pump.

yea its the crank sensor i dont no how the f it split, what does that plug exactly do and if i dont get it replace will it f ' up the car??

its name says it...its a crank senor and if it messes up youll have a hard time starting your car and if the wires completely get torn to hell ya car wont start since its not sensing where the crank position is...its not har to replace the harness at all

it starts up fine i have no idea how long its been like that for...

im go to the junk yard and get the plug and cut it and half and soder the wires back up
