VQ30-3.0 V6 that is in your car--it has "190hp"

VQ35-3.5 V6 out of a car newer than yours--it has ~230hp

00VI-variable intake manifold off of the 2000 maxima. If you plan on swapping this manifold, I recommend having someone around that has done it before

you know, IF you type VQ30 into google the FIRST result is the Wikipedia page on the engine that has ALL the information on ALL the VQ engine variants....
That is, IF you bother to think for a bit.

V = cylinders/engine type
Q = series of engine
30 = displacement (roughly, so ~)
D = DOHC
E = EFI

Seems as if recently they have done away with this "code or nomenclature" and have gone up the alley of 'cool factor' rather than functionality.

No sweat, all of the info in recent years would make anyone question the actual meaning of these said descriptions.

aj's links are probably the most helpful in your case.

Is that your final answer?

Seriously though, who had a gun to your head?

Better yet, being spoon fed does not lend you understanding. It just assuages your infantile curiosity. Congratulations... consider yourselves trolled.

I think you "cudnt figure out" grammatical context.
