clear corners are a must and also a Front strut tower brace did wonders to a stock suspension.

CAI, FSTB, RSB, Springs/Shocks, UDP, Clear Corners & Y-Pipe. In that order.

I felt it important to get handling first then the power mods. With the CAI being the exception.

Next will be tires/Wheels, B-pipe and prob. No2 (with all the goodies).

clear bumper lenses and a front strut tower bar at the same time... after that you get hooked and then this place starts to get expensive

a cheap cosmetic mod you can do is rewire your blinkers to alternate... all the other parts previous members have mentioned are good suggestions. i say go for it!

First should be clear corners. If I see the car has clear bumper lights I assume that the car is being hooked up.

first real mod put on: FSTB
although the clear corners were supposed to be on long before that...

before that i just covered up my chrome door handles with carbon fiber vinyl, added splash guards and put on burlwood dash trim.

next mods: 2001 5 spoke 16" rims, 20% window tint, Eclipse headunit + 5 channel amp, diamond audio 12" sub, new speakers all around...

my first mod was chrome hubcaps i had the stock gxe plastics and they were awful, fortunately that was just a temporary setup, the next real mod was foglights, clears, and a wood dash kit

Clear bumper lights, Front strut bar, and an intake. they all came at the same time.

Clear bumpers make the car look so much better. i would reccomend them first.

Clear bumper and tail lights

I cleared my tails first
Got the clear bumper lights
Rewired my corners
Changed interior bulbs to blue and installed a white gauge face overlay
Installed a FSTB
Installed a PRCAI
Have a y pipe waiting to install

Next cosmetic will be painting my calipers
Coloring all the LED's behind stereo and in door locks

Good luck and have fun!

Big Dave

my first mod

what you've got to do is the cheapest mod out there...as soon as i got my maxi i rewired the foglights to go on without the headlights on...then i replaced all the front bulbs...the car looks literally stunning if you cruise around dusk with just the foglights on with bluish polargs in the clearance and markers...when i first did it i followed my friend from a party and when we got back he told me my car looks ****ed off in his rearview

later

If tints count as a mod then...

Tints, FSTB, front clears, wheels/tires, rear clears, RSB... next will be either springs/shocks or stereo, then subframe connectors.

I can't decide!

get all the performance mods first before any cosmetics. keep the car a sleeper. if the car looks good but has nothing to back it up, its kind of embarassing.

I started out with a 2G stereo system
then came... ummm the 19"s i dont remember...

go with a Y-pipe if you have the $$$ Sprint is right it makes the biggest difference... much much more than a CAI... and only a hundred bucks or so more expensive
clear corners yes... go for em and for ~30 bucks... just skip out on a lunch or something and go order them

Tints are my first and only mod so far. Make the car look so much better and even the dumbest of people don't mistake it for a family sedan.
