P0130 - OBDII Code to Manual SES Translation

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if there's a way that I can translate the manual SEL codes to the OBDII codes. I took the Max in to get fixed because it was throwing the SEL but shortly after the SEL came back on and my ****ty dealer (Morningside in Toronto), wants to charge me to plug in the OBDII scanner to read the codes if they're not the same as when I took the car in previously.

Anyway the code i'm concerned with translating is P0130 and the 7 long and 7 short flashes which points to Rear Heated O2 sensor according to the FAQ. Is P0130 the same code but from the OBDII scanner?
