Is it possible to swap a 6-spd manual into a 4th gen? Are axles and mounts in the same location for a 5-spd?

 

search 6 speed swap on 4th gen. Pretty sure theres a change up with the shift cables, trans mount, flywheel etc.

 

Yes it is possible. There are how-to threads out here somewhere, from what I know in the least you _will_ need different axles. Not sure about transmission mount or flywheels though. Shift cables goes without questions of course.
