how much to repair broken check engine light???

how much to repair broken check engine light???

i failed my emissions test because of a faulty check engine light basically the light in the dashboard isnt working... just wanted to know how much you think it will cost to repair it?

just get another cluster i have 2 of them for sale if u intersted ill be much cheaper then repairing it

Also, how long have you had the car? And have you ever seen the MIL work? Some people remove the bulb to ghetto bypass the light from coming on.

+1 on this. Bulb is first thing to check and most likely issue. Replacement bulbs are readily available at any parts store.

Yeah lets sell the guy a cluster when all he needs is the bulb!

Just pull out the cluster and swap the CEL bulb with a known working bulb like the seat belt bulb. Some clusters even have extra bulbs back there.
