CEL CODE p0138: High Voltage
GOT this code today. Does that mean that the sensor needs to be changed or what?? IT says high voltage.. not that its failed. so im a little confused. I know when the front sensor went it said failure. What should i be checking??

Can you monitor the rear O2 sensor output with a scan tool or multimeter? Most of the time it does indicate that the rear O2 is on its way out.

Same problem I have a high voltage and slow response from my bank 1 sensor 2 and I have already replaced the o2 sensor.

Yea im going to have to replace it.. i had to go to Nissan to pick up some bulbs for my climate control(that didnt fit) and i asked the parts guy and he said that, that code means it has to be replaced..
