Axle problems

I have a problem. When I replace my axles it won't last me not even a week. I'm lowered on gr-2 and s-techs. Some ppl are on coilovers and they last longer than me. Any reason why?

OEM axles. I replace them and this is my third time already. They go bad to fast. I get it from a shop were they rebuild them but not the ones I just took out of the car.
