Well, as far as input - I have just Installed (yesterday) Prothane Frame Mount Brackets & Bushings since I had a fubar Torn-Ripped Bracket. I measured them, and dry fitted them before installing and, I recall there was a 1 mm variance. Sure its for designed movement and room for grease. Anyways Yes on my 1998 max gxe I have a 20mm sway bar, with 20 mm bushings. Did you measure the bushings you have bought? have you measured your sway bar? It sounds You are right and have received the incorrect size bushing.

the bushing actually says on it that it is a 3/4 and i didnt measure the sway bar. But the picture on the site is different, and so was the bushings that i compared them to at autozone. im going to see what the vendor says and see if they send me a replacement, ill let you guys know how it goes.

I just got a new set from Courtesy Nissan. This is what should be inside.

Part number stamped on the bushings is 5499.
