Need some suggestions...

Ok, heres the deal: My dad has finally decided that he will re-paint my car (He runs a bodyshop in his garage in the backyard). He has all the tools and knowledge to make it legit. What I'm here for is input. Should I change the color or keep it white? Should I have a design here or there like on the fuel door? I don't want it to look ricey, but I want a little custom. Any thoughts?

Here's my car btw, it may be a piece of garbage as of now (includes the bumper and fender I just bought at the junkyard ), but love it to death. Getting new parts as appropriate, nearly the entire front end brand new minus hood and headlights for under $100.

IMHO I would leave it white. Much easier, a complete color change is very difficult which I am sure your dad knows.. Plus white Maxima's look very nice/classy...

Keep us posted on your decision.

my 2 cents i think u shud keep it white. simple but clean. White maxima's have always looked good. & yes just like 321VQ35MAX said. a color change is very difficult i thought about doing this as well on my 5th gen too much work. but yeah keep it white bro. =D

I say keep it white. but if you feel the MUST to change the color, change it to Lakeshore Blue. Lakeshore Blue(BT4) and Arctic White Pearl(QN0) are the best colors on the 4th gen max IMHO.

How 'bout you do the trunk and hood black while you're at it. There's your custom look and you won't have to worry about the door jams.

Hmm, that actually may be a good idea, but then it'll look like ghetto carbon fiber if you know what I mean. I do like the thought of black though. For now I'll just paint it the white QN0 paint code though. Freaking III stage pearlescent paint is gonna suck the life outta my teenage wallet after the ground coat though. If anything I'll get a funny/nifty sticker for the fuel door, make my headlight lights anniversaries, and de-badge the trunk. Maybe put black stripes on it...maybe...
