I think you only need a 300ZX MAF if the power you are making maxes out the stock Maxima MAF. So if you are stock or just have basic bolt-ons (y-pipe, exhaust, intake, etc.) then you dont need it, and it wont really do anything for you.

00-01 front rotors are thicker than 4th gen are so they are an upgrade.

To break down the "97-99 center console" even further, the push-out drawer was only available in 99 I believe.

The Bose system could also be considered an upgrade.

ABS

Oh, and the cold weather package: heavy duty battery, outside heated mirrors, heated seats, low windshield wiper fluid indicator

Black window trim

SE spoiler

Keyless entry

and the horrid sunroof wind deflector. haha

Let me brainstorm some more....

Here's two more.

The I30 "Limited" has a chrome trim piece under the leather auto shifter in addition to the other things you listed, as well as a really cool half wood/half leather steering wheel.

The I30 also had the push-out drawer, at least my '97 has one. My SE has the fold down door. Also with the chrome piece under the shifter, I believe the shifter **** itself was different too, so really the entire assembly.

Also:
3-point seatbelt for centre rear passenger ('99s only, rest of the years were lap belt)
Driver's side seat pocket in the rear (years seem to vary)
Centre armrest single cupholder
Cefiro dual-compartment center armrest console
Tweeters (either door panel or pillar mounted)
Upholster lined side pillars (I30)
Pre-wired cellphone wiring (I30 Limited)
Stiffer steering rack ('97-99)
Bose/premium speaker covers
Chrome exterior door handles

Yes. If you have it, that means someone swapped it in prior to your ownership. I have all the brochures for all years, and the clean looking push out drawer only came out in 99.

True. I should have been more clear. I was talking about Maxima's only. I30's get a ton of stuff standard that were optional, or came later on the Maximas.

The only owner other than me was my dad's friend who only owned it for less than 6 months back in 95. Idk what to say. My dad kept the entire car stock until I got it from him.

I never understood how a bigger fuel filter is considered an upgrade or any better than the stock maxima one

Actually I believe its only 01 and early 02 before they switched to DBW.
The Pathfinder IACV of the same years also works on 4th gens.

The N62 MAF can also be found on the Infiniti J30

Push out drawer was always a standard on the GLE's along with the wood trim.

Yes the push out drawer came in all GLE's but only in wood grain. The black push out drawer was only available on 99's.

Sort of, I have 00-01 brakes. You need the 00-01 rotor, caliper, and torque member. Then you need to drill out the bolt holes in the steering knuckle.

Also I add 5th gen rear fold down seats

nope. Your only options are to AE your lights yourself, find a set to buy on here, or scour ebay for aftermarket lights that come AE'd, though they are kinda hard to find now.
