C-mod looks much better then the stock grille but maybe there is a better/cheaper solution since its not available yet.

or if you want to get inventive have someone CF the grille and take off the burger i think that would look sexier then both but thats just my opinion
so who would i need to talk to about getting a set of retros for my r34s and what kind of price range am i looking at? (sorry for the thread jack)

I'll be that guy that says keep the stock grille. I've always liked the OEM 97-99 grilles...I can't say the same about the 95-96 though. OT but the retro looks great!

i still think the best compromise would be a blacked out burger or a cf mod to the OE grille w/out the burger

I like both pictures!

I'd say its more of your preference and style you are going for. Personally I like the look of the first picture because the badge just pops out on your car and its like you want everyone to know that what you have is a Nissan.

The second picture is more suitable if you are going for a more aggressive look, and less towards the OEM.

Just my two cents!
