how do people adhere the led pod or strip under the car? screws with silicone?

Go to auto zone in the ricer aisle and pick up some ricer putty.

just wanna point out that this was the fad of around 2000-2004ish along with altezzas and huge wings, youre honestly going to get laughed at. dont do underglow
