need vafc help fast
vafc-2 installed today. Soldered all connections. did everything by the writeup.
KNOCK SENSOR. knock sensor code that wont clear with the knock sensor wire plugged in on the vafc. I cut the wire temporarily and killed the code.
Anyone know why the afc would make it keep a knock sensor code from being cleared.
and WOW i remember how much of a **** my car is with a bad knock sensor now.
i need a text or call to 334 504 4586 asap on how to get this to work properly.
Thanks guys. sorry if there are errors. I am a little frazzled right now.
edit: fixed. i used a safc2 wire diagram. aprently you dont use the purple wire on a vafc install. or the blue or pink or orange. all of those are for vtec. I was told the safc and vafc use the same wire diagram but obviously not. Thanks to those who tried to help.

I see that now. But apexi also says not to use the dark blue wire on a non vtec engine.
By the way, bolt on vq30's can benefit from some fuel trimming. I was running around a 9.0 to 10.2 at WOT to redline. Adjusted to 12.7 to 13.4 across the board woke the motor right up. It really toned down the dead spot around 5k-5.5k.
