pull your window switch and make sure its got a good solid connection via the harness plug

No kind of power going to the switch or window regulator can only mean there's a problem with the harness. There is no relay or fuse that controls one door. I would check where the harness joins to make sure that there is continuity on both sides of the plugs.

there you go dude, you answered your own question. locks and window dont work then the wire is probably cut or bent in a way to prevent power to the door. id double check the wiring to the door. and clean the connections in drivers side door as well so they're solid.

Different wires bring "power" into the door for lock and window - more likely a grounding issue. Check inside the rubber tube that covers the wire bundle that goes into the door - bet you find one or more broken wires.
