The truth about scratches is this,if you cant feel them then
you can get em out.Not sayin it will be easy, but this is very
true.When I had my expedition I sideswiped a poll an saw n
nothing but white an cried, turns out it all buffed out.

i would wet sand it down with 2000 grit sandpaper a few times then run a good compound over it. Then polish the $hit out of the entire bumper and wax it up. Should be good as new!

****
is there anything you don't polish?

jk

That doesn't look too bad. I was rear ended by a Benz in my bro's Corolla, had something similar to that, what we did was wash it, got some touch up paint, buffed it out really well... after a few washes and more buffing and waxing it settled in very very nicely. reduced the scratches drastically. Now you can barely see tiny scrapes and gashes, which once looked pretty bad.

haha, i been meaning to wash it, but its so cold here. and i dont really want to go to a car wash... scared of how theyd treat her.

and sudz, it parked it just a few inches farther back than i should have. it goes back up if it hits something, but its so big and heavy that feature is almost useless.

I placed my garage door sensors at the hight of my car bumper, therefore the garage door won't close if the car bumper sticks out.
