" if you have a 99 9/10 it is the passenger seat airbag"
question 1. what does 99 9/10 mean

2. it also says the problem could be "caused by a passenger having their feat (sic) under the seat where the air bag components are
question 2- what are they talking about? the yellow and white plug under the seat?

 

To answer your first question it's 99.99999% for the second question, yes the yellow harness is for the side impact air bags. The harness is so long that is can give off to much resistance and throw off the code. Simply reset it by doing the door trick and it should be good for a few months.

is the problem typically with the plug or with the cable?
