No joke EPIC fail! This actually is much better than the IPS snapping ... could'a been much worse!

Trans mount? Mine does the same thing and has for a longggg time. I think it may partially be do to worn bearings = more play. I am sure though that it has something to do with the fact that our 5mt's are rod shifted too .... wtg Nissan! lol

That clutch will buff right out ... why you

There are multiple mounts.....

Any one failing can call for shifter movement, you have a rod driven shift linkage, you're going to have NVH and movement, only way you can get rid of it torally is... to go 6mt *trollface*

I have all poly filled mounts. And aakshuns solid mounts are amazing. Not nearly as much vibration as I thought there'd be.

A week after I got the new clutch in My tranny decided to take a dump. 1st was hard to get in and out. 2nd was ok. 3rd grinded going in real bad. 4th would pop out. 5th would pop out too when I could even get it in that gear. And reverse grinded bad too.

So I had a spare 5spd tranny (non VLSD). I didnt want to use it because I didnt know its condition. I had the time so yesterday I threw it in along with a new drivers side axle. Took it for a drive this morning and surprisingly it shifts smooth in all gears.

Now its time to find parts and rebuild the VLSD...unless an HLSD tranny falls in my lap for cheap.

Aluminum motor mounts? Really? What absorbs the engine's movement, the chassis? I have ES bushings but been too lazy to get them put in.
