simple things turning to an all day thing

so today im changing the spark plugs (such a simple job) then i get to the third spark plug, pull the ignition coil and damn if disaster strikes! the coil pack rips. all i could do was just laugh because it seems like all my simple fixes become a major pain in the ***. i dont belive in half assing and just replacing one so im gonna just replace em all. anyone else ever tried to do somethin simple and it turns into something bigger than it should have? btw, i did get it out i used the socket and it came out in th socket then i changed the spark plug.

i would have never known about it is what was crazy. theres no rough idle with the car or any symptoms it just came out like it wasnt attached and the spark plugs wernt in tight at all. this car amazes me sometimes

its not just you.
i had to change my pulley and replace my belt. 6 hours...the previous owner used a weird shaped bolt for the alternator. dropped it out and swapped it with my strut tower bolt and job done. should have all been done in less than an hour or so...

btw, hows the fog light coming im thinking about doing it on my 95

On my first car took me whole day to figure out how to put in this SRI, and another day to get the stock air-box out good ole highschool days when my mom thought I was insane for messing with my car

Normally I would just replace one coilpack. You really don't need to replace them all. But maybe, in this special circumstance, since the car is 17 years old and 1 coilpack has already disintegrated rather than just failed, it would make sense to replace them all with newer ones.
