Try bypassing the neutral safety switch.

turn the key on and try an bypass every thing by jumping the starter off the battery and see if it starts if it does then somewhere with by passing the neutral saftey switch is not right what i mean by this is on the starter there is a signal wire that comes off starter one wire that has a black connector take a jump wire and connect it to the positive post on the battery and the other end to the signal wire make sure the key is on

Ok I will try to jump the starter later today also I pulled the dash just to. Make the master cylinder easier to do along with making the pedals easier to install. It is still currently out... is there anything in the dash harness that would keep the car from turning over??

The auto trans wire harness probably does not have the wire connector for the clutch pedal interlock switch. The clutch pedal interlock switch and the auto trans park/neutral inhibitor switch do a comparable function, but they are located in different spots.

There is a relay that has to energize for the ignition switch to be connected to the starter solenoid. Supplying ground to engergize the relay is what the auto trans park/neutral switch and the clutch pedal interlock switch does.

make a jumper wire for the auto interlock switch and connect, then start! Make sure your fusible links are all connected also!
