LCA BUSHING DIMENSIONS?

I'm gearing up to do the lower control arm bushings in the spring (maybe ball joints also; moog's). I know that it's probably easier to just put on new lca's and be done with it but am unsure of aftermarket quality and can't afford oem prices. After reading here about noise issues with polyurethane bushings, i'm trying to source some regular (close to oe) rubber bushings and may have found somethings to fit the bill but want to confirm bushings sizes before i get too far into it (otherwise i'm considering beck arnley arms).

Nissan doesn't make just bushings any longer (i'm not sure if they ever did) so can't go that route. Some company called ROCA (part # RC-666003 / RC-NAL93FLB) makes a set that fits our gen max, but i've never heard of them (probably china?) and so am leary. From reading around here and elsewhere, some others maintain that the bushings from the earlier 3rd and 2nd gen max's may fit ours. If this is so, beck arnley part # 101-4419 (which fits the 85-88 max; maybe through 91) may work for us. From advance auto's website, it's dims are 17.98mm id X 50.15mm l X 38.37mm od for the front bushing (the one that gets pressed into the lca and slides onto the pin link bush / front control arm pivot) and 23.19mm id X 69.95mm l X 56.63mm od for the big rear bushing that just slides onto the control arm. I believe that the pin link / control arm front pivot is 18mm (from looking at the es installation info) but need help with the other dimensions. FYI, i've requested dim info from beck arnley (to confirm what i got fromadvance auto's website) but haven't heard back yet and the pictures on the roca-usa.com & beckarnley.com websites for these lca bushing sets look the same.

What are the dimensions of the stock and energy suspension lca bushings? What are the od's of the shafts that the front & rear lca bushings slide onto?

From beck arnley:

54590-01E00 - L = 49.7 mm, OD = 38 mm, ID = 18 mm (small part)

54596-01E01 - L = 66 mm, OD = 56 mm , ID (spline hole) = 23 mm (large part)
