turbo or supercharger? need advice and opinions

Alright so for you awesome 4th gen maxima owners that have tuned them out well I need advice. Turbo or supercharger? what all you running? where did you get it, how much psi boost are you using, other mods, everything. want to figure out for a build how much the motor can handle and what would be easiest/cost effective (best bang for the buck) all that fun stuff..

Thanks guys and gals!

Oh and now beating on the other or anything like that. lets just see who all is running what kind of beast under the hood.

/\ Agreed. Start with the Stickies, reading each one at least 5 times, then read some of the threads.....then come back with questions.

Superchargers and turbochargers have their pros/cons, advantages/disadvantages. You will hear many opinions of which one is "better" from many different angles.

As others have stated, do your research and read the threads and stickies.

One bit of advice. Boosting will require making a commitment. If you halfazz it to save money, you will be hating life. Either do it right, or don't do it at all.

I speak from a little personal experience, and the experience of other's. I have a friend with a turbo'd 4th gen, and once he get's it running right, something else happens and he has to start over again.

I've never boosted a n/a car. Every one i've owned has been boosted from the factory, but they were eventually modded.
